Report Import/Export bugs here
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, sure, i know about that, no difference on the closest distance (less than 1 meter in game)
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, can you check this x64f.rpf\levels\gta5\props\roadside\v_signs.rpf\prop_sign_route_01.yft
something wrong with wood material after reexport, and btw how i should import/export this thing?
Also, after reexport, in the game, when you crashed into this sign, it's duplicates for some reason

Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, anything?
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
nope, haven't been working on this yet.
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
if the "Show Preview" pane shows a preview image from inside ig_bankman.ydd, then this file was exported by ZModeler and probably contains locking info. You can't import such a model file back into ZModeler. You can ask model author for an unlocked file or for .z3d file of this model.
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, please take a look at "emissive_tnt" shader
model can be found here x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\_citye\downtown_01\dt1_11.rpf\dt1_11_build_logo.ydr

Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
is it possible to decrase intensity/speed of zoom (Alt+Right click)?
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
when zooming with mouse wheel, holding CTRL will decrease zoom speed. when talking about Alt+Right mouse button, no there is no way to change zoom speed. I suspect you have difficulties in zooming closer to some object with no clipping of geometry? If so, try Alt+Shift+Right mouse button and move mouse up/down to change field of view. thus, you will be able to zoom closer with no clipping. This applies to Perspective and 3D view only (does not apply to User view).
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
ok, got it, thanks!
Btw can you change the method of applying of the weld tool? because by using it, it applies the default setting immediately, and sometimes when i change it to another values, the program crashes. It would make more sense if it applies after the values are changed.

Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
it applies with default settings, then window appears and you can refine settings there and see result immediately. until you press Ok button, you should be able to change settings and see result. Ensure your object does not exceed 64K vertices.
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, will be "emissive_tnt" shader available today?
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, thanks a lot!
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
i know, but as i said, program crashes very often, when i refine the settings, even on low-vertices objects.Oleg wrote:it applies with default settings, then window appears and you can refine settings there and see result immediately. until you press Ok button, you should be able to change settings and see result. Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
do you have an object/scene that certainly causes a crash? or may be crash in most of attempts? send me such a .z3d file for research.
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
ok, will send, when this happens again. i found a method, when i use weld, i click somewhere on empty area, then i change the values. And after that i select the object and assign the weld. In this way i dont get crashes, but it isnt really handy.
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
do you have "Auto" mode toggled in the bottom of ZM window?
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
no, its not toggled
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
Comment on recent update:
You can use wildcards ( * = match zero or more "any characters", ? = match one "any character") in texture group name to match different export file names. For example, using texture group "buffalo*.yft" will embed associated textures while exporting buffalo.yft, buffalo2.yft, buffalo2_hi.yft and like this.

Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, please add shader configuration for "cutout_fence".
you can found model with this shader here:

Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, any update on my shader request?
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
later this night, very busy at the moment.
Re: Report Import/Export bugs here
@Oleg, ok, thanks!
