I am having an issue with a mask, I copy the local axis and vertices weight from the head and then bind it with the skeleton but whenever I move the skeleton around the bottom part of the mask stays "glued" in place and doesn't move correctly with the rest of the mask, is there a step I am missing or something wrong with the way I am importing the ydd's?

Well I think I figured it out by deleting the poly's on the neck of the head object. Not sure if that was the right way but it worked.
