Has PED_FUR been implemented yet?
I've noticed Zmodeler 3 has some shaders that haven't been implemented such as gta_glass shaders (not veh_glass).
If so what info do you need to implement shaders

in most of cases, an original model location (in rpf file), perfectly the model that I can spawn in game to see changes (or teleport to, if this is a landscape fragment).

Okay so this is the pug dog in-game that has a gta_fur shader to it and creates a fur like texture around the model, located here:
