So i was trying to make some cars with rainbow lights and I am facing this issue please help me. I would really appreciate it!

vehicle_track2 and vehicle_track2_emissive works on the left side of the vehicle only. it works on both sides of vehicle that was using these shaders natively (so you can replace a vehicle that has track2/track2_emissive shader and it will animate on both sides.
This is probably just one bit of missing piece in vehicle's metadata file, that toggles "animate uv left to right on left side" and "animate uv right to left on right side". I just don't know what value and where should be altered.
Also, there is this tricky guide on timing belt (vehicle_track2 shader), you can probably use something like this for the "right side of animated lights object":
