Mod Not Loading at All

I am trying to edit a mod that has been posted. I can edit other mods but not this one, I got it off of LSPDFR and I also have a license to use Zmodeler3

do you mean you can't import it into ZModeler? it's quite likely the .yft file was locked on export to prevent re-importing. If you pick the .yft file in ZModeler's "Import" window and the "Import" button becomes disabled, the file is locked.

Is there a way to unlock it?? I got a new computer and uploaded the mod to a mod site and I need to get it back but I cant, I have a new system and all of that so I cant get it back.
