it's hard to say by looking at these screenshots. make sure to apply surface\Normals\Calculate tool and see whether it gives any clue.
also, flickering in game could be of two types: random "nearby used" textures appear on your model when you pass near buildings or fences, or scenery reflection flashes when you spin camera around.
random textures = game fails to find a texture you've used on a model when exported. possibly this texture is no included in .ytd file.
flashing reflection = bad normals. calculation of normals on boxy and bulky models can give bad effect. use Tools->Normals tuner (in top menu) and mix Calculation and Projection in 80% and 20% proportion.
