So I have a registered account and I just purchased the 1 month but I can't validate my 1 month nor can I get the verification to not fail........ so is their something I missed or is it a server problem on your end, please help.

you should configure online validation for your platform, so it downloads and validates license automatically. If still no luck, specify your account name and platform ID, I'll check a log.
