HI

My platform ID changed yesterday on me when Windows did an update on my pc. The Update is using an old platform id that does not work and I am not able to active my zmodeler. If there is any way to help me that would be great.

reboot your pc and check the ID. if your new ID remains, delete/blacklist your old id in your web account ans submit your new ID. then activate the remaining part of your license for the new ID. If you get a trial for the new ID, use your old license first and then activate the trial.
