It usually takes some time (upto several hours) for an e-mail to arrive. www.zmodeler3.com runs on a shared hosting with single mail server for a lot of shared sites/domains, I usually see e-mails taking up to 5-10 minutes to arrive after being sent.

I see your account is activated fine. you can purchase a license and install it. in general, you don't need any e-mails to be sent or received during license purchase or installation, if you get any troubles with purchase/activation, send me a PM.

Hi I'm having similar issues with Zmoddler 3 I forgot my password, and its saying a email has been sent with temporary password though I'm not receiving that email I've also tried using a different email which didnt work either.

..that's because you had no e-mail specified on account. When no e-mail was specified, it is impossible to recover password.
Yet as you've made purchases on your account I can recover e-mail from your PayPal payments. Your web account has now e-mail assigned, so give it a try again.

An e-mail on your account is patrick*******@****.de
You can use these details to recover password. Also, you have no any licenses on your account.
An e-mail on your forum account is not associated with any ZModeler3 account.
If you have a paid license, you can specify an e-mail (via private message) the payment is associated with, so I can locate your transaction.

Today i made account in zmoddler forum but still after many hours passed i not recieve any email for verification and activation of my account because i need very urgent help regarding my license key for my zm3 64 bit

Hello, I'm having issues with resetting my password, I never receive the email with the new password and I've already lost a 90- day license because of that. If someone can help me with that issue, I will appreciate it. Thanks.

This is a common issue when users to not assign e-mail on their account at all. Your account had no e-mail assigned, so you were unable to recover password. I've assigned the one from your purchase r******23@gmail.com, you can use these details to recover password. Mind to check your spam/junk box on gmail, as the password recovery email is likely to be filtered as spam.

You have not lost your paid license, it is on your account and can be used.

I always suggest to assign password onto platform ID to let ZModeler download/validate license key automatically. Thus, even if you can't log in to the web account, ZModeler will still be able to use your license up to expiration.


To everyone:
In any case, once you lost access to web account, it is better to reach me out via private message or e-mail to regain access. Do not let paid licenses to be wasted on accounts you've lost access to - I'm always reachable to give a hand.
