I created the account and downloaded the program a week ago, when trying to validate my platform it says that it is already added to another account. Im trying to adding it all the days since a week ago and clicking in the "notify" button that says that one admin will revise the problem but nothing happens, so can someone help me? -thanks

Hello and thanks, I finally get the license. But I have a problem when validating. I followed the Online Validation tutorial and the Offline Validation tutorial and I can't make it work. I have being trying during 30 mnts and didn't have luck :/

make sure you start ZM as Administrator.

Allow log in and assign password onto your platform in account. Then configure account in ZModeler (account name + platform password). Press Ok and restart.

Your license should be activated for your platform ID in account manually. Ensure your platform ID account is exactly the same as in ZModeler. If everything is correct, start ZModeler and open License Information window. ZM should download and validate your license.

Edit: A message shows up when importing "Your license denies action" But the program works fine now. Thanks.

"license denies this action" = no license installed.

you should install a license and perform online validation, there are several topics here where this all is written in details. until you install license I suggest not to use software as you will be unable to save or export your work.

note, when your license key appears in about window, your key is accepted. however, you still need to perform online validation on each startup meaning you open License Information window and wait 2-3 seconds till validation passes.
