Site is broken( Cant add PlatformID )

Apparently the website host has been "upgrading their PHP installation" for over 16 hours now.
I wouldn't expect it to be fixed anytime soon with a host like that, I've been trying to link my license since 11AM EST yesterday and still can't. It literally takes 2 minutes to install ionCube Loader and enable it.. but why he encrypted stuff only he has access to in the first place is beyond me.
EDIT: Finally fixed.
