ZModeler forum

I registered with the forums previously when zModeler 2 was out. I didn't know much about 3D modeling at the time, so I didn't use my forum ID hardly at all, if ever. Well since then I have learned some, and I want to buy a license for zModeler 3.

I just registered with the Zmodeler3 site tonight to receive my trial license, and then came to the forum to reactivate my account here but I don't remember what my username was, so I can't request a reset support email.

Any help would be great.

I reinstalled windows and i have forgotten my username. I have many emails i think registered so i dont know which one is the right one.

I can not find your account given just forum user name. Send me a PM with your e-mail specified. Also, if you have paid license on you account, specify me an e-mail on your purchase/transaction, so I can locate your account easily.

Accounts are pruned when there is no licenses or activity for some time, so if you had no license on your account, it is quite likely your account was removed. You can create a new account (and/or using the same account name) if you wish to.

You seem like created a new account already?
I've blocked your paid license on old account and added extra 13 days to the newly-purchased license on your new account. You should activate license again and install new license key in ZModeler.

Hello, my PC is broken and im trying to get zmodeler on borrowed laptop but i can't login, i think my username is RickoS4076 but when i try every password i possible know, it won't let me login, i have registered before, i can't check my platform ID as my pc is broken but heres my email atleast.

None of these give any result. There were no license purchase with the given e-mail either. If you have paid license running on your account for an old ID, specify an e-mail you've used on purchase, so I could locate the payment. Otherwise, it is OK to create a new account.

i looked back on my email and is says "Zmodeler Licence..." and it says it has added my email ....gmail.com

i have attached a full name to my account: Ricko Singleton

Or look for any usernames that starts with Ricko and maybe see if any has 3-4 number at the end. i have bought 3x 90 days License before and 1 of them is still valid with possibly 15+ days left.

i haven't received my email when i requested for password reset, but i have managed to login successfully, i will save the password on a notebook or something, thank you so much.
