can not open z3d

have a problem with the zmod3. PMG can I import but can not Z3D FILES open because it indicates: ZModeler is ready.

your license is not saved properly in ZModeler.
Unpack fresh copy of zmodeler into C:\Program Files (x86)\ZModeler.
Do not unpack ZModeler files into any folder on your Desktop or in any folder inside C:\Users\your_user_name\....
Then add ZModeler folder into exclude list of your antivirus, so it does not block ZModeler activity during activation.
Activate your copy of ZModeler with your license key and validation key. Then close ZModeler. Ensure you've got two "CodeLib" files in "Shared" folder of ZModeler. If you do, ZModeler has saved your license properly.
Note, an online validation might not grant full permissions, it's preferable to activate with manual license key application procedure. If it does work fine this way, you can configure online license validation and it will work fine too. Until you know that license installs correctly, you should avoid using automatic online validation, as it can't give you 100% assurance that everything works fine during activation.
