Please can you help as last time I had no issues with zmodler3 and my old license?
I cant import anything

Your license key is OK, but your platform ID has not logged in to license sever for a long time. I advise to assign password like 123456 onto your platform ID in web account on My Computers page. Then specify your account name and platform password 123456 in ZModeler on "Account Setup" page, press OK and restart ZModeler.
You need a new license key to get installed and saved on a hard drive, so after restarting ZModeler you see your new license key in "License Information" window (and this window does not appear automatically at startup).
