Not Receiving Forgotten Password Email
I have submitted for a password hint/reset but have not received anything. I need to get logged in. I'm having withdrawals.

ZModeler account is activated upon creation, it does not require activation via e-mail. For this reason quite a lot users forget to add e-mail on account. This is exactly your case - web account has no e-mail specified, so password can't be reset for such an account. If you have ever purchased a paid license, I can set password from purchase on an account.

i have been trying to reset my password and i am not recieveing the email to reset it and i need ot get back into my account to renew my license
