Activated a license in my old Platform ID. How to revoke and reassign to my current Platform ID?

Everytime I try to revoke it just logs out my account and redirect me to the login page. How do I revoke this? I don't have access to my old platform ID because it was my old PC. Pls help

remove your old platform ID on "My computers" page. Add your new ID and activate the remainder of your license for the new ID.
