I still have 20 days but the software tells me that it is already expired, I have tried another key license, but it gives me an expired license error

Most likely you have an old license key in ZModeler. Your current license key in web account is OK and does have 20 days on it.
Make sure your ZModeler version is the latest - 3.2.1.build 1195.
