unable to revoke trial license or remove platform

hello. the checkbox that allows me to remove a platform ID is grayed out. I purchased a one-month license today, yet I'm unable to use it. Do I really have to wait for the 15 trial days until I use my license that was paid for today?

You can delete your platform ID and submit it again. However, you trial license will be removed.

In order to revoke license, you have to click on (?) icon first.

great, I got past everything. Now it says verification failed after I press shift on the license information tab. Any idea what's up?

configure online validation for your platform, so it can download and validate license automatically.

also, if your trial license key is still shown in ZModeler, you should remove both CodeLib files from Shared folder, start ZModeler as Administrator and let it download updates first.
