Want to get a free ZModeler3 license for a set of screenshots? Modders, you are welcome!
This contest applies to converting a 3D model into any game via ZModeler3. Generally, GTA5 and ETS2/ATS are considered, but this is not a limitation. I want to create a series web sliders for the front page at http://www.zmodeler3.com showing ZModeler3 in action. Perfectly, I should get a set of shots for conversions of:
#1 vehicle (gta5)
#2 vehicle addon/tunning (gta5)
#3 truck/trailer (ets2, ats)
#4 truck accessory (ets2, ats)
#5 character (gta5, full replacement)
#6 character accessory/outfit or equipment (gta5 partial/accessory modification)
#7 weapon (gta5)
#8 map model or map component (gta5, ets2, ats) or prefab with AI setup (ets2, ats)
At least 60-days free license guaranteed in each category for the winner. If I consider two nominees within one category worth the prize, a 90-days and 60-days license will be granted to the first (winner, gold) and the second (winner, silver) one. The attractive power of screenshots is the key value, I don't bother with man-hours involved or poly-0count reached.
Additional special prize: 180 days free license for the best eye-candy conversion shots will be granted and these shots will be used as the front-page image (first page in slideshow) at zmodeler website.
One can submit at most three conversion works in total (in one or vary category).
Estimated contest end date: 20th of October 2017. (extended from 20th of September for one month).
It is possible for an estimated end date to be extended if only few categories will get the perfect shot and the winner, or I find supplied shots not that good (sorry). In such a case (date extended) each nominee is allowed for extra works to be supplied (preferred categories will be specified).
Limitations.
Proprietary work only! This should be the model you either created by yourself (in 3dsmax, Maya, Cinema4D, Blender or in ZModeler), or you've downloaded it from the web store (paid model or free model, it does not concern). Screenshot of original model is a must or a direct link to a model preview in web store, so I can compare it to the one on your screenshots. No model conversions from other games accepted, even if you are the author of original model (if you are, supply a screenshot of original model from 3dsMax/Maya/etc.)
By submitting your screenshots for contest:
1. you accept an ownership of an original model and claim you made the conversion with ZModeler3.
2. you grant your permission to use screenshots on zmodeler website (http://www.zmodeler3.com) with no ownership information attached (no logo or watermarks will be used, no links or signatures like "3D model by mr. Someone").
Your participation in contest requires at least 4 (web-download) or 5 (personally created 3D model) screenshots including:
- at least two screenshots from in-game (more is better), perfectly an eye-candy shots revealing the best of in-game graphics.
- at least two screenshots from in-zmodeler during conversion (or the last pre-export stage loaded) including at least one close-up shot in perspective/user view (see example below)
- optionally one or two screenshots of originating model (3dsmax/maya/etc. shot) or a preview link to model web store for me to verify availability and origination of this model.
Remark: a screenshot from ZModeler should be an eye-candy if possible, including closeup shot with custom viewports layout (e.g. just two vertical panes) or a custom layout, may be with textures browser or materials browser shown too (something that makes shot look clean and sweet). Here's an example of clean shots in ZModeler and a pair of shots in-game: http://www.zmodeler3.com/index.php?fullstory=1974 and here's an example of custom viewport layout setup and eye-candy shot from ZModeler I made some time ago for Watch Dogs post: https://www.facebook.com/ZModeler3/post ... 5343892159
Notice:
Do not attach images to your posts, prefer web-links to full-size images for me to download.
If you find any poster cheating (submitting someones proprietary work), please respond/quote such a message and supply an origination link for me to verify.
