Locked PMD file by accident.

Postby camarors51 » Tue Aug 29, 2017 10:33 pm

I accidentally locked my truck.pmd or .pmg (whichever is affected) file upon export. Is there any way to unlock it, so I can work on the model? Thanks.

examine your zmodeler\autosave folder for .z3d or .bak files - you might get the scene you've been working on recently. there are no zmodeler-related ways to unlock .pmd/.pmg file. you can try converting it to other formats (e.g. to Blender or something like that, but I don't know whether it will work or not).

keep your scene saved as .z3d files always. do not rely on an export -> re-import -> export chain.

Already looked through the .bak and other files, no luck. The blender idea is a complicated process, but I guess I'm going to have to figure it out. Definitely going to save to .z3d from now on.
