Postby Cerritos » Mon Jul 24, 2017 6:09 am

My version of zmod3 is 3.1.5 and does not import the paintjob materials correctly in ATS ,had 3.1.4 and did it perfectly, to do a downgrade that I need or that I have bad in the new version, Also replace the mat file with one that works but still does not read the skin

there were no changes relative to this issue. Is this a problem on stock game model or a problem with a custom mod?

I'm working on a truck mod I was doing all perfect mapping with the skins also the accessories that depend on the skin when importing a model with paintjob I edited it and without adjusting the mat exported correctly, now only exports with the color of uv1 does not work paintjobs

I found the problem for some reason version 3.1.5 was importing in detail 2 the uv channel in # 3 I switch to # 2 and ready

it is barely possible for the importer to setup truckpaint material properly on import, as some "detail2" slot requires UV#2, while other require UV#3. Even more, exporting this material with improperly set uv channel source can produce incorrect .mat file. In most of cases, ATS models should use detail2 on UV#3, while most of ETS2 models seems to be good with detail2 on UV#2.

The very specific model is W900, as it has a mixed uv channels including bump-map layer on its own uv channel. I can't remind correct settings, but this model required uv to be set on detail2 and bumpmap tabs after importing into zmodeler.
