Is Phong Shading supported by ETS2 and Zmodeler3?

Hi,

I have one simple question:

Is Phong-Shading Supported from ETS2 and Zmodeler3?

I need to know this, because it would help me to reduce the polygon count massivly on my models.

phong shading is no way related to poly count reduction. you can drop poly count the way you like or prefer and then adjust shading via smoothing/welding/normals tuning to make the model look good.

all direct3d-based rendering are "smooth-shaded" natively, meaning they can render flat quad (two triangles) to be shaded in smooth way and look like curvy rounded shape. In other words, a cylinder with just 12 sides can be shaded smooth to look identical to a detailed 100-sides cylinder:
