Bobble hand wont work

For some reason bobble antennas are not working for me on the 64 bit version, however they worked fine in the 32 bit version. The cars I exported from the 32 bit version work fine with the antenna but when I export the exact antenna from 64 bit it does not bobble.

where respective model files are located? is this a vehicle upgrade or a specific vehicle? My game progress is 0.3%, I don't know most of game vehicles/features/locations/models etc.

It's a part on a modded vehicle model. Here's an example of what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjybpfIg5ck Altough this is not the specific model it's the same concept. This method hasn't been working in 64bit, but it did fully in 32 bit.

I assume the 3.2.0 version does not know correct part name IDs for these particular bones/objects. Import any stock vehicle that has these parts/bones and restart ZModeler;
