"License denies this action" despite working license

Post by KingScania »

Good evening Oleg.

I have a quite annoying problem right now.
I wanted to import some wheels for ETS2 and Zmodeler showed me that it couldnt import because of invalid license.
Looking in the settings, my license was in there and it validated itself online. I tried reinstalling Zmod 3 times now, including PC restarts and all that, but it still wont work.

Do you have an idea?

it looks like zmod fails to save your license onto hard drive. make sure you run ZModeler as Administrator or move ZModeler into a different location folder. ZModeler requires to start with pre-installed license key to be able to import/export. Even if you let zmodeler download and validate license, it is unable to use this license unless it is saved and zmod restarted.

your platform ID and license key are Ok on the server side.
