Hello Oleg,
today I wanted to do some modding after one week aus pause.
And I saw, that I have no license activated in my Zmodeler. So I checked it and recognized, that I got again a new platform ID. I knew the new routine, which generates these IDs, but I think I got a new one because I´ve updatet my BIOS.
I have a Ryzen Processor in my RIG, so it is needed to update the BIOS regulary.
Normaly no Problem, but I can´t revoke my 1-year license from the old platform. Can you say me why or revoke it for me or something else? For now I am using the trial-license you get with a new platform, because I need to work with the Zmod now.
Thanks for all!
Again a new platform ID...

Re: Again a new platform ID...
upgrading bios will definitively give new platform ID. You can remove/blacklist your old platform ID and your license will get revoked automatically; then submit your new platform ID and activate license again.
Re: Again a new platform ID...
Thank you very much.
I didn´t know that the license get automaticly revoked, when I blacklist the old platform.
But now it´s working again!
