Can't buy license

When going to paypal to buy the license I get this error

We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Hello.
I don't see any limitations on my PayPal page/account as well as I see several transactions passed since your post time. I assume this was a temporary outage at PayPal service. Write me back in PM or here if still can't make a payment.

I think it might've been an issue with my paypal account, I bought the license directly through my card and it works
