the "platform password" in ZModeler is not your account password - it is a password you specify on "My computers" page when you pick your platform in a list there. I don't know your platform ID, but one of platform IDs on your account seems to be successfully logging in today, so I expect it to be able to download and install license key. let me know if problem persist.
