License on wrong computer ID

Hi Oleg,

I just decided to buy another zModeler 3 licence and used the same computer to activate it that I used when I bought my first license in 2015 (HRH85-HQ). However, for some reason, my Platform ID changed since then, it's 9W5UT-HE now. I didn't re-install my Windows or changed anything else since then, it's basically the same computer as it was in 2015, so I don't know why this has happened.

As you might have guessed, my problem now is that I can't use my license. Is it possible to transfer the activated license from the HRH85-HQ ID to my new 9W5UT-HE ID?

delete your old platform ID, add your new platform ID, activate license for the new platform ID (if it's already active, it will get detached when you delete platform ID in step#1). If you get a trial for the new platform ID, use your paid license first, then use trial.
