Forum account and ZModeler3 account are different things. You should use "Lost password" form at ZModeler3 account login page.

This is generally to do with the file being externally modified. E.g. adjusted in CodeWalker. In particular, CodeWalker was used to clear locking data from a model file, so any file created by CodeWalker will not be loaded by ZModeler.

In most of cases, models released to the public are locked and can not be imported for editing/converting. ZModeler should still be able to import vanilla game models and non-locked modes.
