To be more precise: per-vertex Red component dims the emissive strength. full level (255) on red component gives the maximum emissive power evaluated by shader and zero red component completely disables emissive component in computation.

I see the "emissiveMultiplier" shader parameter to be exported fine. Not sure whether it has an effect in game, it requires an in-game test.

Your scene had a "decl_001_u" dummy node marked (probably by mistake). So, the bind tool was supposed to bind geometry to the marked dummy node and rejected such a command.
I have updated dummy nodes rendering to respect marked state - it should be drawn in lime color.

if you cut/delete the part of this object to drop its vertices count below 64K, do you have the same issue on export/reimport then?

take a look at original game model. you are missing something in your scene setup.
also, I would recommend to re-import your model and take a look - may be something has changed in hierarchy? got some COL object in a wrong place?

is this livery an extra object? reset object axes (options: rotation only) to world using Display\Axes\Reset To World tool. (Options are located in a group-branch "Display\Axes")

Depending on what version of the program are you using, you might need a valid license key installed first. Then use File\Import to load a model.

You are trying to export into a file named "trackstang_hi.yft" but your scene has no object named "trackstang_hi". Your scene should have a node trackstang_hi and everything inside this node (children elements) will get exported. I advise to mess a little with original game model...
