have you enabled "rigging" and set bones to "4" on properties of geometry object you've imported (from .obj).

Also, inside ZModeler only "Shader material" can do the rigging, so make sure materials assigned onto geometry are actually shader materials.

Specify your platform ID please.

Old accounts are pruned, so it is likely your account was removed already. It's ok to create a new account and add your platform ID there.

Ive added a password, logged in on the zmodeler software and then restarted as administrator but nothing works? I can see your platform ID ZZKQJ-ZM has logged in to license server on Jun 28th. In most of cases this is enough for ZModeler to download and validate license key. Is your issue resolved ...

There is only e-mail verification when creating forum account. It's irrelevant to ZModeler account, software or licenses management. To install a license you don't need a forum account at all. Your web account at https://www.zmodeler3.com/account/ is active after creation and does not require e-mail...

not getting your question perfectly..
You can split geometry object to multiple objects by selecting polygons and using Modify\Submesh\Detach tool. Mind to toggle off "Drag" option there, as you could a detached set of polygons unintendedly.

when you render, the uv atlas is shown in RenderUV window, but the "underlayer" does not show up?

the underlayer texture must be 32-bit ARGB texture with no compression.

The "License denies this action" is generally a missing valid license key inside ZModeler. Make sure your "License Information" page in ZModeler shows correct license key (and days remained) there. Also, it's Verification should not be "Failed" or "Pending". I...

There is no account activation e-mail. Create an account at https://www.zmodeler3.com/account/ and you can use your account after creation. Add your platform ID on "My computers" page. Purchase and apply license onto your platform.

There are no any activation e-mail sent. account is ready to use right after creation. add your platform ID in web account, buy and activate license, then install license key in ZModeler.

avoid using high poly models, they are not that good for the game. ZModeler does not allow one geometry object to have more than 64K vertices.
