This is a common issue when users to not assign e-mail on their account at all. Your account had no e-mail assigned, so you were unable to recover password. I've assigned the one from your purchase r******
23@gmail.com, you can use these details to recover password. Mind to check your spam/junk box on gmail, as the password recovery email is likely to be filtered as spam.
You have not lost your paid license, it is on your account and can be used.
I always suggest to assign password onto platform ID to let ZModeler download/validate license key automatically. Thus, even if you can't log in to the web account, ZModeler will still be able to use your license up to expiration.
To everyone:
In any case, once you lost access to web account, it is better to reach me out via private message or e-mail to regain access. Do not let paid licenses to be wasted on accounts you've lost access to - I'm always reachable to give a hand.
