You should probably pin to ZModeler2 first. There are plenty of tutorials for ZModeler2. Once you get used, you can switch to ZModeler3 as it's generally very alike. ZModeler (2 or 3) is not a good choice for high quality 3d modelling, it's generally for simple meshes construction and/or for converting models into games (including ETS2).
