missing import export service

Just new to ZModeler 3 and i have a problem in here, cann't import or export, message error is : Missing IImportExportService.
my ZModeler 3 located at D:/.. not C:/ system folder, already run it by admintrators, haven try reboot computer several time but not thing change, also turn off window defender but still cann't import/export
can anyone helps, see image below=))))
