have you noticed any "Warning:mysql...." on top of the page after posting? my website with forum together seems to hit max sql query limit on my hosting service, this might be related.

Sometimes submitting response returns with nothing posted and blank field... pretty much same like when I press "post reply"... just letting you know, it's very rare, I'm looking at three buttons, what mistake I've done, but there is nothing next to submit which could make blank field and cancel everything
