This is correct actvation scenario. When you submit license key, zmodeler accepts it (even if key is voided or expired), and you have to supply additional part of license key issued by licensing server to grant validity to your license key. This is done in two steps: First, in your account on license panel press "Validate" button - you will get validation key. copy it too. Second, open ZModeler window (where you see your license key and "Verification: Failed." message), and press "Shift". You will see "Verification: passed today" (or "Verification: revalidate in 6 days" - meaning new "validation" key have to be "shifted" in 6 days so license can continue work properly).
