I don't see what your problem is in. You can have several materials with different textures on them. then assign each material onto respective object/polygons.
Alternatively, if you are limited to just one texture for some reason, you can still rely on one texture by creating a canvas with three messages one under another; use UV-mapper to assign mapping on objects onto different areas of texture, so you can use just one material and one texture to display different messages
